Jacksboro High school has a great environment compared to the other schools I have been to. I have made plenty of friends. We have some really great teachers and I have learned more going to Jacksboro schools compared to the schools in Georgia I have gone to. Jacksboro High School is very into sports. The football games are very fun. I enjoy the band program. The theater and arts do very well. All of our kids that attended UIL competitions tend to do very well. Jacksboro has a very nice school district.

My experience at Jacksboro HS was not the best to be honest. I feel very strongly that most of the staff only cares for certain students and believes the others do not pertain to them. I was proven that most teachers only cares if you are there or not for the money. I would like to see in the near future, more staff meeting about empathy. I think a lot of adults forget to show empathy to kids, forgetting the fact that they are KIDS.
