The new school is a fantastic place to spend your high school career but not everyone will like it. It definitely attracts a certain type of students that being the one that is extremely self-directed and does not need an extremely strict, governing authority figure you find most public high schools, that being said, due to its smaller size, the relationships you form with the community are very strong and go beyond the school.

We made the decision to enroll our grandson in TNSK this year and could not be happier. In just a short time there, we have seen tremendous growth in his sense of community, working with others, taking responsibility and listening to ideas. Love the school's philosophy and student centered focus. We are all looking forward to a great year

The New School is an incredible and unique school. Wonderful curriculum and staff. Safe and inviting space, with small classes that guarantee one on one advising.

My daughter went to TNS for her freshman and sophomore years. Her freshman year was (almost) everything we were promised from the school. The 2023-2024 year was an absolute disaster and TNS was an unhealthy environment for teachers, students, and families. They lost almost half of their students goi...
