The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My experience at Kermit High school is pretty good. I would say out of the four years I've been here is the sports. Were not the best at them but Kermit Athletics Program is were I made most of my memories. To be honest I don't have any memories that would categorize them as my "worst experience". One big thing I would like to see change here at Kermit High School is the culture and how things are done. A bunch of people just don't care but still proceed to do extracurricular activities knowing that they aren't really helping the program in any way. If If everyone's goals were good and helped out the people around them, then that would cause a major change in how things are done.

What I like about Kermit High School is how helpful and caring the teachers are. The only thing that I would probably change about the school is for there to be more interesting electives to choose from.
