King City is a very safe place/ school district. Students here are very good with new students and with themselves. These students have grown up together since they were kids and are a wonderful community together. Teachers are great influences because they all set great examples by treating each other with respect. Everyone is wiling to help one another.

Academics offered at King City High School is very well scheduled out with the teachers and students. These courses are great oppertunities for students to take because it will always benefit them in the long run and teachers are a great part of this because they put so much effort into helping their students.

Because my kids were given more one on one close attention then any other school that they attended. I have seen other children do poorly at other schools and show big improvement after attending King City R-1 . I think theirs a higher graduation rate compared to other schools as well.
