I have gone through many teachers who do not do their job as an educator. The kind of teachers that assign bookwork and expect the student to "learn" from it. Most of the students in this school barely study anyways. There is no way the child is going to learn that way and their reluctance to study makes it even worse. I have stood up to this obstacle by speaking to admin and other higherups about this obstacle many students face with only minor changes of classroom etiquette and procedures. I have done this many times with many teachers and it boiled down to the same thing. There are some brilliant educators in the school but they don't get the reputation they deserve. Kids think they are "bad teachers" because they are strict and uphold their classrooms as professional environments. I am extremely biased but the music program is the best thing Kingman Highschool has to offer. Music teaches everyone how to live an how to love. Every club and sport is very engaging and educational.

I think that Kingman High School is a great average public school With the funding it is given, it does great activities for students. There are amazing opportunities for kids and a plethora of clubs to join. The one thing I don't think is done well is the office administration reports on bullying or sexual assault. I was bullied all throughout high school and even after multiple attempts of reporting it, the office staff did nothing. The same goes for sexual assault. I was sexually assaulted during my sophomore year and it took a month for my abuser to get any punishment. It only came when I threatened to call the police.

Overall I had a great high school experience. I was able to participate in many extra circular activities along with being in enrolled in honor and AP classes. I believe that the teachers that I had at Kingman High really made a difference for me. They showed that they cared about not only my future but my well being too. I made great friends along the way and relationships that will last a lifetime.

I have been in the KHS family for 2 years. Unfortunately I have to relocate. I have come to know the administration and some of the teachers and wish I could take them with me. Every school has its problems but KHS does its best to make sure students are prepared. I will watch my son graduate this M...

This school sucks. Teachers dont care about you. There's too many bullies. Im surprised at some teachers that even teach there. They dont do anything besides give you packets... this is the worst school i ever attended and for that i give it zero stars.
