The teachers offer personalized targeted instruction! They really do care about the whole child. The PTO is really involved and offers great support for both the teachers & students.

My son struggled in preschool, behavior issues and fed up teachers. He is hyperactive but not a good kid. I am a high school teacher and it wasn't until our experience with Metzler Elementary, that he is now thriving! Lots of friends, coding club, great grades, great conduct!! Great leadership and teachers at every grade! We LOVE our community!!! It saved us!! I'm a more patient parent and my son is MUCH happier.

Overall it has been pleasant. We like the teachers and the academic program is on track. I think this school needs more diverse programs to help strengthen students individual skills. Metzler is a great school with caring teachers who strive to make a difference. Since Ms. Combs took over as principal it has only gotten better. Our child is in the fourth grade and we have been super happy with Metzler every year. We absolutely love her Math/Science teacher Mrs. Reidy. Our daughter absolutely loves going to school everyday just so she can be in Mrs. Reidy's class. She truly loves her students and even tells them frequently....
