I've only gone to Oldham county high school for around 2 years, transferring from a school in Louisville halfway through sophomore year. The food great, the teachers are nice enough, and we are given a lot of opportunities to succeed, like being given the act option sophomore year. It's a good school and isnt given enough credit.

My experience at oldham county has been great due to the overall involvment amongst the staff. The teachers all make sure you know that they care about your studies and make sure you're staying on top of your work.

My daughters love OC schools, I have one in middle school and High school and one in Lagrange Elementary. All three great schools! They are very clean and there communication with us has been nothing but professional.

I didn't like it we got a new principal and she was mean. we had so many fights. no one from that school was mature. the freshman were mean and rude. I had many freshman burp in my face.

The teachers and students seem to be divided into two categories. There are those who care and those who don't. Those who care teach AP courses and take AP courses. Those who don't are in the remaining courses. If your child is in the average courses, I think they are in a much more difficult learni...
