The pros in Lecanto High School is that it has plenty of program to help students pursue extracurriculars or get a head start on college work. The biggest con in my experience is that the administration is often not as helpful as they could be when it comes to students that need either mental or academic support.

Like any public school its run down and the food is terrible but the teachers and students arent half bad. The academic program offers many options like duel enrollment and ib along with ap classes.

Everything from teachers telling students they can't charge iPads because there's not enough outlets when their class has the most outlets out of any classroom in the entire school to the lunch being absolute crap worse than bad fast food "milk" is often spoiled portions are pre...

i miss this school, top tier, best high school in the county, just make sure you humble yourself before you go here, those students aren’t gonna be soft on you lol, great learning, easy to keep up with, best teachers, will always help you when needed, staff and guidance counselors are amazing.

The school faculty and staff are very attentive to student needs. The programs offered are fantastic, and the environment is safe a nurturing. I am happy with the quality of the education my son receives there.
