Like any public school its run down and the food is terrible but the teachers and students arent half bad. The academic program offers many options like duel enrollment and ib along with ap classes.

I had a decent 4 years at lecanto high school. Some things that I like are the classes offered here and the sport programs. Some things I'd like to see change are the food and the school culture.

The best part of the school for me was the number of clubs available because it allowed for me to take part in any activities I wanted. I really enjoyed being able to meet new people through the clubs and the IB program made it so I was more prepared for college. If I could improve the school I would want better food options to have been available and that administration was more involved in the prevention of issues caused by other students regarding damage to the bathrooms.
