It's a fine school. Too many parents live vicariously through their children in regards to sports. We are on our 3rd or 4th superintendent in about as many years. A more consistent administration would give the community a sense of where the school is heading. It's safe.

Bad students screaming and the teacher doesn’t care

I really like Old Quarry, but this is still my first year. The students are alright and the staff is helpful and kind. It isn't very diverse though. Most of the student body is white, but most kids aren't racist as far as I've seen. I'm white but I haven't witnessed any racism.

I don’t know, honestly. I loved most of my teachers, the social workers were the most amazing people in the world. The homework load was INSANE though. At the end of the year is the worst. Some teachers like to cram in 4 months worth of work into a two week period, and you lose MASSIVE points if you...

When my students started at the school, there were a few small incidents concerning race over the years that we discussed at home and allowed our students to work through on their own and thought things were going ok.
