Whitnel has welcomed students (new or previous) with open arms. My child switched schools, it didn't work out and so we switched back to Whitnel, and Prinicipal Smith was absolutely wonderful. I "was" a parent of children at Whitnel Elementary. I would not recommend that ANY child attend this school until their leadership is changed.
