My experience at The Calhoun High School was awesome. I met a lot of friends easily and participated in a lot of clubs and sports. The two major sports I participated in was basketball and cheerleading. Basketball was challenging. I started playing basketball my freshman year and stopped my junior year. I'm currently cheering my senior year. A club I'm apart of at Calhoun is the ambassador club. An ambassador is a leadership club that develops young students to become leaders instead of followers. I wouldn't change anything about Calhoun. I love the way my school is. I recommend anyone to go to this high school.

I like how all of the teachers genuinely cares about the students and his/her success. My school is overall a really great school that prepares you for the real world. I wish some of the unnecessary rules could be changed, like those about uniform, backpacks, and other simple things.
