Lewis County High School's biggest issue is being a school in a poor county. The high school does not offer a huge variety of courses, so it can feel like you are stuck. The school itself is not huge and finds an issue with crowding in the halls. In field trips I have taken to neighboring counties' schools, it's easy to feel as if you've missed out on a lot of chances because of the school's budget. The classes themselves provide fine education, and the teachers are mostly enjoyable. I also find it easy to ask for help and use resources.

It has good class choices and it's a great small school but the hallways are always crowded and some of the teachers there are not very good.

I like how the teachers are always kind and understanding to the students, they always make sure to check if they can understand the subject their teaching and they make sure everyone is keeping up with the work.

They really care about your future, and most teachers are willing to do whatever it takes to help you succeed.
