Barton is a good place to be for the most part. The best part about being here is the sports involvement and help from teachers. The worst part I would say is the food. Many students do not enjoy the food and it is always a constant compliant. Some things I could slide to see change are more involvement from students and more programs in the school/ electives.

Whilst being at Barton High School I went through a lot of good and bad. Of course people can recall the teachers who were not the best but no one can truly tell the intentions of a seemingly innocent person. I had my first relationship at Barton and had amazing help from staff to learning that life is more than your bad times. The staff at Barton will notice a struggling kid and try the best they can to help them. Due to the not so big classes it is a very good community throughout the kids and easy to feel like your class is another family. Bad situation are appropriately felt with and I believe the punishments the school puts out for certain acts are fair. I only attended the Barton school for 5 years and being there I feel as though I learned a lot. I did not just learn about the basics of school but I also learned many life lessons I will be taking with me into my future. Of course all schools have things that could be better but Barton is the best of three schools I have been to.

The teachers are subpar and they like to joke and make crude remarks not only behind your back but they attempt to embarra...
