Though they used to be a very strong school in the past for academics, there has been a noticeable change within the last few years. More fights and vaping. Now, if the PI+ program was to leave Kennedy, it would be one of the worst schools in the district at least.

It's a good school and has many great teachers and staff. They truly care about your academic success. They also have really fun clubs and sports teams.

I'm sorry, but I couldn't say any other words truer than this.One more thing to add, as a student with a very complicated medical history and being disabled, I have been kicked out of the nurse's office not once, but several times. The District 203 gifted magnet program is based there. There are more than 150 kids in 99th percentile. Many of the kids are supposed to be going to another 203 junior high. Hence, the Kennedy test scores are skewed and look good. The school has 1000 + kids ... hard to make teams as gifted kids are...

I am currently a student at Kennedy. (However, I'm in the PI+ program, so my opinion applies to about 80 people in the entire school...) The teachers this program are involved, helpful, and persistent (in making sure that we understand). The coursework is challenging (especially physics D:), but not...
