I moved to Locust Valley recently and I love it so much. I was welcomed very quickly and have had great relationships with my teachers. Since the school is on the smaller side it is easier to get some one on one time with learning. The school guidance counselors do a great job with college prep. They give us lots of help by sending us scholarship opportunities and explaining what we need to do to set ourselves up. I have been a lot happier here because the teachers are very understanding and supportive. The activities are also very interesting. I'm a part of a few clubs and love getting involved with others in my community.

The education level is good. the teachers are kind and outgoing. The school is pretty clean and well kept but needs a few renovations. There is very little diversity but there are many safe spaces within the school.

Hidden gem of LI. Did significant research before deciding on moving to district and so glad I made the move! On par with local private schools and well ahead in resources and academics compare to some more notorious nearby public schools.
