I have been attending Lufkin High School since freshman year and being here has given me the opportunity to connect with individuals from various backgrounds and perspectives, each with their own unique living situations.

No one at this school cares about those kids or their safety. The high school is horrible and needs a completely new staff all around. Lufkin ISD needs nee board members as well.

My experience at this school was characterized by endless bullying and racism - all the way up to death threats on social media from my peers. Everyone around me is very clique-ish and rude; you won't fit in if you aren't rich or colored. Average white kids like myself are simply outcasts. Teachers...
