My experience with Lugoff elementary was a prime example of any parent's worst nightmare. My child started kindergarten there and I removed her and we relocated before she finished the 1st grade. The only reason we moved was because of the awful and terrifying experiences from the events that occurred at this school during the school day and during after school care. The principal is the worst person for her job and the after school care is a frightening place to leave a child and it is the farthest from a "safe environment"
