I've gon to the school for almost four years now i'm currently a senior but my overall experience with mattoon high school was an okay experience there was a lot of bumps and obstacles with mostly the students an some of the staff members but i never let it get in my way i've focused on myself these past years on school. I'd say probably the most good thing that has come out of it all was being to work with kids just having the opportunity mostly.

I like the school. We have a lot more opportunity than other. It's not the safest but they do the most they can about it. I am really greatful for where they have gotten me!

Mattoon High School likes to focus on sports rather than education. There are many great teachers, but the school wastes all of it's money on unnecessary items instead of working toward a better educational setting.
