This school seems to be pretty neglected. The arts programs are basically non-existant because more money is spent on the sports teams than anything else.

The STEM Academy was probably the best part about my high school experience. The teachers were nice and understanding. I feel like I learned a lot of things that I still refer back to in real life and in college. If I could go back and choose which high school to go to, I would still go to McMichael.

The STEM program at the school is very good and offers all kinds of new ways of learning. On many occasions we go on educational field trips and participate in TSA contests against other schools and students in the STEM program. While many of the clubs are very fun I think there could be more choices.
