We have had a great experience at McKinney North High School. The staff, facilities and programs have been amazing. We have children in athletics and marching band and it was the best choice to join those. Our only complaint is the amount of fights that happen at the school daily.

Mckinney North has many positive and negative notes that are important and should be considered. Although there are more positives than negatives our school could improve more if there was more attention to college readiness and college resources. I feel as if all the application processes were just sprung onto me senior fall semester and it is a lot to take in.

I was on the high school dance team, through that I learned hard work, integrity, discipline, and time management skills. While also building connections and relationships having the time of my life. I am currently in a clinical program where I am training to get certified as a CPT and I attend labs and clinical's often. This class has given me the chance to chase my dreams, learn from highly skilled professionals, and prepare me for my future.

I have had 3 students attend MNHS. They each have had what they have needed to be successful adults. They have been in golf, band and basketball. They have had teachers that have become lifetime role models for them. I teach in Frisco and keep my children at MNHS in McKinney ISD.

North is an outstanding school with the best teachers! Smaller classes and caring teachers make it a great campus. Great opportunities for students despite the district not always providing equally due to its smaller size. Wouldn't want my kids at any other high school in McKinney!
