The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It is an average high school. I like the closeness of the staff and students, but there is a lot of room for improvement.

I like the friends I made there. It's a small public school, so nothing was spectacular. The budget cuts didn't help the school either, but still the people working there try their best.

There has never been a day when i could worry entering the school or feel unsafe. One look at the students and staff is enough to understand - the safe environment comes first for those people. There are posters about bullying, text and driving. They encourage students to think about this serious stuff. However, everyone keeps their eyes in case something seems strange. Teachers will make sure ti report to the office or talk to the student if they notice something unusual.
