I really enjoyed my time at Lakeland. I got experience activities that I would not be able to at another Northwoods high school. Lakeland teachers helped me to discover what I was interested in and coached me to trying new things in that given field. I got the chance to have access to a FabLab and work with professional machinery. I really enjoyed how the counselors and teachers helped to make your schedule how you want it and are willing to work with your need to successfully complete your high school career.

The teachers made sure all of the students understood the curriculum and they made learning enjoyable. They had a good variety of electives to choose from. Lakeland also had many sports and clubs for everyone to join. I would not change anything in this school.

The experiential education program at this school makes it the best in the state in my opinion. Also has a great gym, climbing gym, most teachers are awesome, and there is even a low ropes course in the school forest.
