Monroe high school is a school mostly consisting people of color who are lower to middle class because of this a lot of the people are affiliated with gangs ,violence ,and have a hard life outside of school because of this some people take school very serious and try to make it out of this cycle they grew up. The best part is having a community of friends that relate to you and have the same goals as you and the worst part is those that don't want change for themselves and disturb other peoples education.

As someone who is part of the LGBTQ+ community, I never felt outcasted or excluded due to my sexuality or gender. I absolutely loved most of the teachers I had in my time there. I made many incredible connections with both my peers and my teachers. Something I learned very quickly that there is a teacher for every student at Monroe High. Every single student had at least one teacher they loved and had a close relationship.
