Overall, I am glad I got the opportunity to be apart of the Monticello School District. I've been apart of this district for almost twelve years , I am currently going into my senior year. I can argue that the diversity throughout the program is great , as well as the education and staff. I feel safe at my school , and I can say that everyone is given the same opportunity as one another here at MHS . Staff have always pushed me to meet my goals . I love MHS , I would recommend this school to anyone who wants to build their personality, make new friends and grow in education. This school has many after school programs, and clubs to join. For example; Robotics , FBLA which is great for individuals who want to grow in business courses. Art club , FCCLA. etc. MHS also offers medical courses , mechanical engineering courses, welding courses, and criminal justice courses as well. These courses can help you get a head start after high school . I'd have to say MHS is small but mighty. I <3 MHS

I'd say that the worst part about my experiences at Monticello High School is that the administration cares more about the students tests scores making them look good than the students actually doing good. I would say that the best part about my experience is that there is such a wide variety of classes you can take to broaden your skill set and knowledge.

My experience at Monticello High school as been really good the school is very good. The best part of this school has to be the sports there is so many sports at this school and so many options to choose from. The worst part has to be the food the food here is not very good to me. I think they should change the food more at the school and let us have a little bit of better options to choose from.

The size of school information on this page is inaccurate. I love this district. My children thrived on all campuses. One thing that sets MHS apart from other schools in south Arkansas is the ability of students to enroll in college courses while in high school. The schedule (4X4 Block) is perfect f...
