Involved teachers, counselors, admin. I go to his school and all the teachers and staff call my son by name. His teacher engages him in his interests. They have parent involvement activities, like family nights, book fair, science fair... I love that they are teaching Chinese. It gets them ready for a global mindset and will be beneficial in the future job market
