I think one of the best parts of this school is that it is easy enough to make friends if you get into the right classes. You'll generally find more people that have similar interests if you take electives which this school offers a lot of. I do not like the amount of change the school has gone through. In the 4 years I have been there, so many changes have happened that I and other students think are bad changes and wish it could be reverted.

The school is nice and most of the people there are too. They tend to focus more on sports over academics however, which is not a plus.

I love the school experience. We have great opportunities. I have college classes , honors classes and basics. I am a varsity cheerleader and cheer for soccer, basketball and football.

I try my best to be objective and base opinion on facts versus feelings. I have NEVER felt that either the old or new principal at North Surry intend to be dictators. At the end of the day they are responsible for MANY students and have to consider the good of the whole student body versus my child...

I can not believe how some people have wrote wonderfull reviews about this school. The school is simply horrible the teachers are pushovers, most of the kids are forced to attend while principals are dictators.
