Personally I loved my time at Wasatch Academy, especially the engineering department and the art departments. Because of these I've been able to explore art mediums I would've never thought I liked, and I'm very grateful for the teachers I had there. The community is very nice, as you can always easily communicate with teachers when you need to. The students were mostly nice, some had problems in the dorms, and the food can be bad some of the days, but those are really my only two complaints.

while the campus is nice, ther is nothing to do in the town around. In terms of social scene it's OK although most people you will encounter are breaking the rules one way or another. There is not a lot of supervision. The teachers are amazing though. There's not that many clubs to do, and often I find myself not having a lot of time outside of school to hang out with friends because I feel burnt out from a long day. There are not as many opportunities at the school advertises. Safety wise the school could definitely improve. the area around Is not that safe and you can expect to encounter some red necks. The food is OK. The school is easy to get into. It admits anyone who Has not been in jail. At the end of the day walking away from the school, though I think it was good for one year. It taught me a lot of things however like how to be independent and self-reliant, it definitely was not the best environment. in my opinion, there is not a lot of school spirit and really no dances

The most amazing thing about this school is definitely the atmosphere. Everyone around campus, wether its the teachers, classmates or the stuff are so nice and welcoming to new students. There are no words to describe what this school has given to me.
