Its a close-knit community. Everyone knows you and cares about you to an extent. The RP program was a major head stead for my college experience.

Niagara is okay for a small town, but most of your high school experience is determined by your lady name. If you are athletic and teachers know you, you'll do good. If not, you'll be mocked and tormented for four years.
