Northampton Area is an average highschool, but I wish they took more interest in all of their students rather than their struggling kids or their high performing kids and sports.

Not much diversity in the school. Some teachers also reflect anger on students and are sometimes not doing their job right.

As a white person, it was a little different for me but I did notice heavily the little amount of diversity within the school. I had no teachers that were black or even just not white. There was not much effort to include the students of different races either.

Would not recommend Northampton area school district. They protect cyber bullies and punish the students that are sticking up for themselves. And then sweep everything under the rug has happened. I am a parent and my daughter is now going in to 7th grade. She has had nothing but excellent experiences with her teachers since Kindergarten. Her teachers take a genuine interest in the children and foster exposure to many opportunities outside the classroom as well.
