Teachers that are engaged in students well being, unique opportunities to try new sports and outdoor activities, friendships that last a lifetime and a balance between athletic and academics.

Many of the teachers truly care about the students and their jobs as educators, but some do not treat the line between educator and friend as seriously as they should. While most of the teachers are professional and dedicated, some get carried away and/or could be more serious in the classroom.

Both of my children had an excellent experience at Northwood School and are now successful adults! They learned organization, great study habits and balancing a busy schedule. Was an easy transition to college.

The excellent college process helped my daughter enter the right school for her. She was easily able to transition to college after 4 years at Northwood and we couldn't be happier. We can't wait to enroll our younger son in the future.

My daughter is in her third year at Northwood, a superior place to pursue academics as well as athletic excellence. More than a sports school, Northwood is a real academic institution. Unbelievably happy with the maturation and development of my son while attending Northwood School. The faculty are excellent and the school provides a nurturing and caring enviroment. Rigorous academics and an elite hockey program found in a majestic setting
