I have seen that my child has matured mentally n physically. He is more open with trying other things all around! I feel they need keep him more occupied with work.

Ector Junior high has a rigorous advanced placement courses with diligent, supportive teachers. My overall experience at Ector Junior high was a good one. I had amazing teachers and I also had access to indoor and outdoor facilities such as a track and an indoor pool. I also had a access to a library with many resources in itself. The extra curriculum is also very extensive, it ranges from piano and harp through taekwondo and swimming. Overall the administration is good.

The band and orchestra is alright. athletics is pretty good but the kids fail so they have minimal players

This school doesn’t do anything about the violence that happens and when someone is bullying you they don’t do anything, they just basically tell you to suck it up and deal with it on your own. we are kids, barely 11-14 and the 6th graders are already vaping in the bathrooms like aren’t you supposed...

This review is honest and accurate. From someone who worked there as well as had kids in the school. They treat it like the military, do you want that for you 9 year old? They yell at the kids to wear masks but the “ceo” walks around without a mask on, very professional, yes agreed. know someone who...

I do not recommend this school. If you can put your children into another school, I strongly suggest you do so. The staff and teachers are very rude and treat the kids as if they are in military school.

I do not recommend this school. The teachers and staff are very rude to the children. After mentioning such in appropriate acts to the principal. She also seems to overlook it. I can happily say my children will not attend Ector jr high. This is the worst school ever built in Odessa Tx.
