The thing I enjoy the most about PHS is the staff. They make it fun and easy to learn. There are always teachers who aren't great, but the good outweigh the bad at PHS. One thing I don't care for is how they prepare us to further our education. We are pushed from day one to decide what we are going to do after high school. While that's not a horrible thing, they don't have the resources to let us try things so we can find something we enjoy and want to do later in life. This is one thing I would like to change. We need more opportunities for hands-on learning. We need more out of school opportunities to try new things. Instead of making students decide an occupation as soon as they enter high school, I think we all deserve a chance to explore our options. I think this would benefit the students of PHS in the long run.

This is my first year at PHS. The teachers are very helpful, and the school is overall really nice. The worst part is probably the kids, but that has nothing to do with the school itself.

All of the teachers are very nice and helped me a lot to achieve my goals. However, it was still challenging and required me to study quite a bit to be able to remain at the top of my class.
