I had a great experience at Taylor Middle High and had a great education as well. The things I want to see changed is the communication between student and teacher in terms of education and on certain school events. Additionally, time management in terms of events, and clear communication on how students should prepare for college as well as for the world.

I enjoyed the school since i have left. Everyone is really nice if you want to put the work in and do not mind a smaller school this is for u. They may not have every single thing but the culture is great and since there are few people then teaching & attention is a lot more specialized for students if need be. If you want to work hard and ask tough questions about programs and know what you want to do this school will mold to fit you. That is why i enjoyed it.

I've been a student at TMHS since 6th grade up till my senior year. The school overall is great even though it is in the middle of nowhere. The campus is really small which I like because it makes it easier for students to get to their classes on time without getting lost. overall the teachers are very polite and they are always there to help assist you when you need it. It is a school with mainly all Hispanic students so it is not as diverse as other schools. If I could change something about the school, it would be for there to be more activities than there is now. Parents are not as involved with the school and I personally think that it is something sad because as a parent, you should know what's going on in your kid's school.

Ms. Tyus is a very patient and kind person. MsLamondie,s. Lavarriere and Ms. Henderson are effective special needs teachers. I pulled my daughter out of Volusia county public schools and put her in a special education school. She is thriving now which she was not before.

Tmhs is very overhated. The teachers are pretty good for a school in the middle of nowhere. The violence is not good but when you compare it to other schools (dhs) for example, Taylor looks good. Recommend school for sure.
