Haggard Middle School has permitted a toxic culture of bullying and doesn't make the effort to protect its student. The safety of students is a necessity for a healthy and dynamic school climate. Clearly, it is not met at Haggard.

My children went to school here for 3 years and our experience was HORRIFYING. My youngest experienced countless bullying and discrimination for being black not only by her peers but by her teachers and when we contacted admin about our situation, they did nothing. Do not enroll your child here.
