My Pomfret experience elevated what I thought school could be. I remain close with friends that graduated with and the school, which prides itself on community, still has almost two dozen faculty and staff that are still working at the school who were there when I attended almost 20 years ago. The school cares about its people, both students and staff, to make a welcoming community that over prepared me for a competitive liberal arts college.

My son is just completing his first year and I'm happy to say it was the best decision. He transitioned well to the boarding experience . The faculty and staff make the adjustment easy. Administration is very supportive and responsive. Communication is very good. Educational plans well devised . School spirit is high energy. Financial Aid is need based and any qualified student should consider this amazing experience.

Pomfret has great faculty and offers a super welcoming environment. It offers a culture that strikes a thoughtful balance across academics, athletics, social pursuits. Faculty really cares and is connected to the students in and out of the classroom. We've watched our son become more confident, thoughtful, and mature, all while being surrounded by peers who are motivated and kind.

My experience at Pomfret was extraordinary. The campus is gorgeous, the teachers care and push students, and the entire school is super engaged. One of the top boarding schools in the Northeast.
