We started Chapin when my daughter was going into 4th grade and my son was going into 1st grade. The transition was wonderful with so much support from the school as well as parents and students. I felt that my children would benefit from a smaller classroom size as well as attending a school with so many wonderful opportunities. My daughter will graduate this year and I feel Chapin has fully prepared for the next chapter of her school. This is my son's first year in upper school (5th grade) and I couldn't be more impressed on his transition. It is a truly wonderful community to be a part of as my family and I continue to watch our children flourish.

It's so hard to put what makes Chapin great into words. There is an intangible, undeniable feeling of the place that translates into real-world results both academically and socially.

Chapin is a truly excellent school. My kids were prepared for high school academically, and even more so as socially. The character program is real simply a part of the fabric of the school.
