Many teachers are only in classes because they are trained to teach a certain way, but not that specific subject. For instance they may be honors certified but be awful at math. In majority I love the science teachers the most and have such respect to many of my teachers.

The teachers do not teach. They cannot find quality teachers who are willing to do their job. They are "Just there to get a paycheck" as a couple have said.
