I have attended TSA for 12 years. I will be graduating from here this year. Thomas Sumter is an amazing school with amazing teachers that really try hard to help you understand the work. TSA is like a huge family, everyone is so close to each other. Thomas Sumter is a home to so many people, including myself. There is really nothing that is all that wrong with TSA. I would HIGHLY recommend TSA for any grade level, as someone who has been going here all my life.

If you're looking for a small school, TSA is what you're looking for. There are a lot of advantages of a small environment (more chances for involvement, etc), but sometimes that is a con. Cliques are pretty bad, especially in the upper grades.

Thomas Sumter is unique in its high military population, rigorous academics (dual enrollment, honors tracks) and high standards for both students and staff. The campus is older but has a charming atmosphere.

Absolutely awful. Went here a few years back and it felt like they failed me on purpose because I would not through money at the school and did not fit the mold. Love the intimate Christian environment my child is experiencing. I find the school covert challenging academically and in extra-curricular activities. Love the small class size and individual attention the kids get. This school is the best possible fit for our preschooler. We are a military family and are sad to PCS and leave Thomas Sumter in 2 years. It’s been the highlight of our time here in Sumter.
