Accommodation for special needs students are not effectively implemented. Exclusion classroom is not the overall solution for special education students. Proper training and adherence to district and state guidelines are not alway implemented by the school and their staff.

Leadership, mainly with the Principal is poor at best. The district really needs to find someone intelligent and effective as a leader.
