We are a very small district and it is clear that the majority of the faculty does their best to provide for their students as a whole. However, there is definitely room for improvement as there always is.

When I came to Rittman I knew I made the right decision because everyone was so great at helping me adjust. The kids are great, the faculty helped me a lot and I do think they helped me prepare for my future at college and beyond. They may not have the nicest stuff but they have made do with what they have and they utilize all of there equipment to the max.

All of the arts programs and extracurriculars are very good, but a lot of the math and science teachers are not. I feel like I have learned literally nothing about those subjects. They also do a very poor job of preparing kids for college.

They honestly hate children, and doing their jobs, they are mostly all in regret of doing their day to day tasks and actually teaching kids, and they often come to work intoxicated.

This is actually the worst school asstonishlingly ive ever been to, and id rate it 0 stars but it wont let you. They will physical hit your children guarenteed, even the elementary ones.
