Community High was a welcoming, challenging place for my son and daughter. My daughter found a home in the science classes and is going off to study Environmental Studies at St. Olaf College. Yet she also played Quidditch and acted in several plays. My son also thrives there and loves the theatre and film program, the Zine Club, and the great friends he has made.

I most like the independence we have at Community High and the environment to foster free thinking . Classes are outside the normal public school curriculum and highlight fine arts and humanities, which allows students to take a wide array of classes based on interest. The entire school community is made up of only 60 students grades 9-12 so it is a small community with a group of students there who are looking to make the most of this experience.
