So far out of all of the years of being a student at Rowlett High School, I see a major difference from my school to others due to having programs like ECHS or PTECH. I hope my counselor explained it to me correctly but she did not

Rowlett High school has a lot of really good programs. They have programs for almost every career. Currently I'm enrolled in the EKG/CMA program, which means that when I graduate I can work in a doctors office or hospital while in college. They set you up for success no matter what career field you want to go into. Rowlett High school is a very good choice for students that know what they want to pursue after highschool.

Overall, Rowlett High School is a great place to attend. The principal has had a huge impact on the school's culture and dynamics this year. Most of the teachers are very personable and get involved outside of school. The only thing I would say that could potentially be negative is that some students think they can do and say anything they want to and not be punished for it. Along with that certain teachers have their favorites and that makes it hard on other kids.

It's a little bit to strict with the tardiness giving you a suspension for just 1 and instant consent to search if you are but other then that I guess its pretty cool some of the teachers have nasty attitudes but other are really nice and you can tell the students enjoy being in there class compared...
