I remember being a nervous freshmen unprepared for Highschool, but through the CTE program I found friends that would get me through highschool. Without Parkside CTE I would have had no idea what I wanted to grow up to be.

Parkside high-school is a great school. Overall, I feel safe while I am at school and receive a great education. Besides the lunch not being very good and some questionable cleanliness around the school I do not have any complaints for Parkside high-school.

Students graduate without basic math and writing skills. Underperforming students are rewarded with inflated grades, nonsensical county averaging policies, and easier courses. My LGBT student has faced bullying and unequal treatment from students and staff. Attempts to address the issue have been unsuccessful. The special ed coordinator, however, is excellent.
