Hello, my overall experience with San Miguel has helped me to become a more independent person. My views on living in the work force has changed due to the CWSP program that San Miguel holds for all their students. As young as a 14 yr old freshman you are placed in a work force for that year and it comes with overall great experience to help those who need more help on their community, communication, or working skills. my best experiences at this school was meeting the great people there. their maturity level is something very different from the maturity level of someone at a public school (no shade, just honesty) the only bad thing about San Miguel that can cross my mind as of now, is the lack of teachers. my senior year is mainly full of substitutes or teachers who were hired out of desperate needs. I would like the school to overall change their sports, because no offense but the teams and sports are really bad and it causes a lot of talk between all the school in Tucson.

It's an alright high school, very professional so they don't let you slack off much and it's always a serious environment.

I liked the work ethic they helped me create. They always push me to do my best and never gave up on me as a student. I think the only change they should make is understand the stress and anxiety us students face throughout the school year.

San Miguel is an incredible place. Students graduate with 4 years of work experience, a college prep education and have support to and through college. 100% of San Miguel graduates have been accepted into college since the school opened in 2004.

As a former student, I would not recommend San Miguel to anyone, in fact I talked my parents out of sending my siblings there. I'll start of by praising the work program it's unique, but this is about the only thing separating San Miguel from any other subpar charter school. This school has the pote...

Some believe that the harder a school is, the more successful students will be. This school proves that this is not true. Students are held up to unnecessarily high standards that only waste time and effort. This school relies too much on homework and not enough time is spent in class. Many teachers...
