Polytechnical high school is a very good high school to help you get into a good college. It is very rigorous. They have many AP courses to take along with honors classes. The involvement with STC (Suncoast Technical College) is also very good since you can easily take classes and many students receive Associate's degrees when they graduate high school. There are also tracks to help you graduate early.

Suncoast Polytech has various career paths that are more focused for students but often fall short having any certification value. The nursing program is by far worth the most at the school. Admin is understaffed the majority of the time cuasing problems to arise. They follow the AP Capstone diploma program which is more useful than the CTE certifications.

Terrible experience! Sphs promised an LPN program during new student orientation! My daughter enrolled after a lot a research! 4 months into her freshmen year her biomed teacher announces that the school is no longer offering the LPN program for new students and only current junior and seniors will...

This school has a great community and some wonderful teachers, this school has improved a lot over the last few years, some of the teachers and students aren't very respectful but i believe the education itself makes up for it.
