The staff at Shelby Junior High is knowledge and friendly. They are easy to approach when a problem occurs. The district and faculty assure our safety.

There was not much diversity at Shelby. There was a bit of bullying, but it was not prevalent. There were fights every once in a while, though. Also, there were prevalent cliques and gossip, but nothing unusual.

I am new to Shelby Junior High School. I have gone to every class feeling welcomed and valued. The homework load is fair as well. There are so many fun events this school hosts. There is some bullying but besides that, I love it so far.

I have 2 in SJH. The teaching is great. The culture at this school is terrible. Inappropriate behavior is not addressed. Bullying is accepted. Staff does nothing to teach these children how to be good people, they instead cater to the loudest, most obnoxious people. If you can, consider a different...

Shelby junior high was the best school I have been to so far, I've been all over, I went to Jeannette and malow and Shelby is definitely my favorite I love everything about it.
