I liked that Standish-Sterling has ways for everyone to get involved. There are many clubs and sports for you to join if you are looking for something extra curricular to do. The staff are helpful when you need it and the administration is very helpful also.

The teachers are decent. They do an overall okay job at teaching. The college readiness needs some improvements for sure. You can never be too ready for college.

I would like to see more funding for academics to see people get more ready for college. After graduating from Standish-Sterling, I wasn't ready for college and I had no clue what I was doing. I think this area could use a lot of work. More guidance is needed for the students that are going to attend a college or university after graduating and being shown what to do.

Great school! Teachers are all nice and great people! However when it comes to team sports if you don't have a popular last name chances are coaches may not treat you equal. NOTE: this is only for TEAM sports(football, baseball, etc)
