My biggest problem with this school is how corrupt it is. Not just the school but the district as a whole. They turn a blind eye to the kids that are cheating but they're reading to give out 10 day suspensions for kids that sell food and whatnot. Another thing that's weird is how they punish the kids for being tardy when 9 times out of 10 it's the parents' fault. My mom woke up late and couldn't drop me off but now I'm the one getting in school suspension. That never made sense and it never will. If I'm missing instructional time what sense would it make to give me in school suspension which causes me to miss even more instructional time than I did when I was late.

As a student a Stephenson High School, you can look forward to graduating with your diploma in one hand and a path towards one of your 3 E's in the other. (Enrollment, Enlistment, or Entrepreneurship). I love that our schools counselors take the time to create a pathway with each student, focusing on the kids interest for their future. Stephenson has a great athletic program with the best coaches. I absolutely love my High School from 9th- 12th grade.
