I want to love this school for my daughter but it's just got some major flaws. It is a safe place and socially my child needed to not feel overwhelmed. Campus is beautiful but the basic vibe and structure need to be overhauled. Admin from top down needs to focus on academics structure. It all feels very vague. They don't publish a curriculum or map out an academic path to college . Major red flag. There is not a lot of joy- it's depressing. The theater and LeAP and sports programs are just great. Definitely 5 stars. I agree with another poster that they are not properly trained to teach students with LD. Not an advanced special Ed certification in sight.

My kid has had a really good experience at Willow Hill. They have made good friends, has been able to try and have a bigger role in extracurriculars than they likely would have in other environments, and has felt well supported and “seen” by teachers and faculty that they really like and admire. Fac...

Although it is important to take online reviews with a grain of salt, WH is likely not the appropriate school for your child. While Admiss...

Our child attended WH for 3 years. When our child was initially accepted into WH we thought we had won the lottery. From the exterior it looked like a lovely school with small class sizes and scaffolding for social pragmatics. We were told it was a great school for kids with mild ASD and mild learni...
