We moved to Sawgrass Elementary school from an excellent private school and we've had an excellent experience. My son is enjoying the unique Spanish immersion program and may join the gifted program next year and my daughter has benefited greatly by the wonderful extra reading support the team has provided. They have many different fun activities and it's a great school culture and administration.

I would not recommend Sawgrass Elementary for families with children on the autism spectrum. While the school offers a special needs program, my experience as a volunteer raised serious concerns about how students with autism are treated.
